code work
Some projects don’t involve ‘architecture’ as most imagine it, but require paperwork or a submission to the local municipalities
to make them ‘legal’ in the eyes of the code. Some involve changes of use or
just minor alterations; some involve major alterations.
-567 Lafayette is converting it’s first floor from office to two apartments.
-1202 Broadway will be altering it’s first floor from a tavern to a congregation.
-1629 Elmwood is converting it’s first floor from a bar to residential units.
-1414 Fillmore is all okay (but she didn’t know it)—she just needs better paperwork to submit to city hall.
